I love to sew, particularly dressmaking. It is a passion that I like to share. I have been sewing since I was about 10 years old. Sewing With Wendy operates from my dedicated Studio, The Audrey Room, in the former school library. The school is also used for community groups and the like including The Scenic Rim Astronomy Assoc, Scrapbookers & Cardmakers, Scenic Sewers Group of the Australian Sewing Guild, and two film crews which was very exciting to be involved in. We spent 18 months working on accommodation for small groups. The Old Laravale School has been hosting sewing, quilting & papercraft retreats since Februray 2021.
