Their children attended the local state schools and are growing into kind, compassionate and good young men, now aged 20, 19 and 15. In 2007, Mark and Kim started a partnership providing electrical, air conditioing, refrigeration and appliance repair. The appliance repair became the largest component of their business for all the major appliance brands and they fast became Whitsunday’s largest warranty appliance repair agent. They redirected their business in 2015 growing into a family owned company called ‘Hummingbird Refrigeration, Electrical & Air Conditioning‘. From here they transitioned away from appliance repair and directed their energies toward the electrical, air conditioning and refrigeration side of the business.
