Michelle Goody and Rebecca were outstanding with the service they provided while finding us a bank & helping us purchase our home. We live in South Australia which meant sending documents back and forth but they made it happen with as little fuss as possible. We also were pushing deadlines as we wanted it to settle ready for Christmas. They pushed and pushed to make this happen for us and to make our dreams reality with us being able to celebrate Christmas in our new home. I highly recommend John Wong. He has been absolutely amazing throughout the process of us looking for and finally buying our first home. It took about 1.5 years to find our house and John has always been so helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He has always been there to answer all my questions and when we found our house he got loan approval within 2 days. He really is a lovely person as well as doing an awesome job!
