The outcome of our bathroom makeover was exceptional. Mark Wos was the best tradesperson I have ever dealt with. He was very open to discussing and exchanging ideas prior to undertaking the project with the aim of achieving the best outcome. At the end of each day, he would fill me in on what he had done and what he planned to do the following day. We were also able to convey our expectations to him. Mark also managed the other tradespeople (plumber, electrician, etc.) effectively. We only needed to speak to him and he would ensure that the plumbing and electrical tasks were effectively undertaken by his tradespeople. Naturally, we were extremely pleased with the professionalism of Mark Wos and his attention to detail. The bathroom makeover was beautiful and exceeded our expectation. We will certainly use his services again and would recommend him as the tradesperson in Cairns to go to first if you want the best results for your bathroom, tiling, kitchen, swimming pool, etc.

Excellent experience from Omni Builders. We had an old and quirky bathroom with a sunken bath which had started to leak and cause water damage in the timber walls. Lisa came around in the morning and gave us some good design tips and we had a quote to us by that afternoon (a stark contrast to other builders we’d contacted to try to get them around to quote for us). After we had accepted the quote work begun the following week. The tradesmen were exceptional – tidy, polite and professional. It would have been especially difficult for them because the whole family was home while they were working due to COVID restrictions. They consulted us and provided advice along the way to make sure we were happy with the result. The end result is spectacular, a complete transformation. It went from the worst room in the house to the best. I would absolutely recommend the Omni Builders team. They made what could have been a difficult experience quick and pain free!

We were overseas and had people housesitting our house when the hot water system broke down. Called Jono and he went round fixed it on a Saturday afternoon in a couple of hours! Good quality work and doesn't beat around the bush. Need a good plumber he's the one to call.

Resurfacing Cairns were wonderful! Jay was extremely honest, on time, and responded quickly for a quote to be done Resurfacing my circular kitchen bench top which had a botched job done on it. Where to start? *We're unable to meet the original schedule, so-called me to negotiate another date. *Arrived on time on the anointed day! *Took time to note the detail of what I was asking for. *Did all the work as requested in a timely and efficient way. *The office support was as good as the site work. Polite, friendly, and competent. Perfect. These guys were tops and showed professionalism not always seen when getting help. Top class, my experience was perfect.
