We recently bought a house in FNQ with a pool that desperately needed renovating. Our two bathrooms, toilet, laundry area, and patio were all beautifully renovated by Mark. He met us at the tile and hardware stores to assist us in making quality product selections, and he organised and coordinated all the trades required to finish the job. Mark Wos recently completed a total revamp of my 100sq mtr kitchen, dining and lounge area. His attention to detail and professionalism was exceptional. Recently Mark Wos of Leemark Design Services completed a total redesign and rebuild of our bathroom and existing toilet area. Mark was very professional and walked us through the design process even accompanying us to the hardware and tile shops to help us with our selections and obtaining the best possible price. His workmanship is of the highest quality and he finished the job on time and as per his quotation. He was very fastidious with his work and cleanliness within our home. Do not use this service. Mark abandoned the job after gutting the bathrooms leaving us stranded after he was unable to coordinate his plumber. Did not care that we were left without any bathrooms whilst there was a shortage of tradesman. Saving grace was that we have a pool toilet otherwise we would have had to move out of house for weeks whilst we found a replacement tradesperson Most unprincipled and unprofessional tradesperson I have have ever used Stay well away
