My 1985 Mazda van had fuses blowing, would'nt start sometimes, low headlights, couldn't see my dashboard lights, even a wire short small fire. From Ballina to Byron bay three electrical mechanical couldn't fix it. Rod stayed back until 7:00pm. and sourced the problem and allowed me to continue on my holiday, l am most grateful. Called them up at very short notice, after 4.00pm, en route from Camooweal with a blow out needing replacement. Ended up replacing all 4 tyres for safety reasons and they threw in a free wheel allignment at 8.00 the next morning. Very friendly and very professional, Lisa is a gem!! Thanks guys!! Cathy Burey

20 kms from Cloncurry this morning and our fan belt pulley broke away. Called RACQ and Paul came out and rescued us. He did everything possible including dropping us off at the caravan park and taking us to the mechanic to get details for parts. Thank you Paul. Your service was excellent. ✅👏👏
