I recently had shutters installed in my home. I highly recommend Timber Tec. An awsome job. The young man who installed them was professional, friendly, and was punctual. The quality was 1st class. They also installed shutters for me about a year ago. Once again a great job. The shutters look just as new as the day they were fitted.

We cannot speak highly enough of the experience we had with your business. Our quote was done over the phone by Kristie and an appointment made. Our blinds needed cleaning and two roman blinds needed re-stringing, also our panel glide was showing signs of mould after the weeks of rain we have had. We were advised that the blinds would be taken down and removed , and this was done so professionally by Dieter who arrived at the time we were given. Two days later he returned with the blinds fixed and cleaned beautifully. He hung all the blinds and we are so happy with the result, they look new. We had marine-grade carpet laid on our outdoor area from Carpet Court. However, we had an issue with our carpet such that it required replacing. We spoke to Brendon at the Burleigh Heads branch and he handled everything. Brendon liaised with the supplier to replace the carpet; he organised the warranty claim; and the laying of the new carpet. The carpet layers were so efficient, it was done without any fuss. We highly recommend Brendon to anyone wishing to organise their flooring. His customer service was exceptional.
