We came in one day as we needed repairs on the day. The owner spoke to us personally to help diagnose the issues with our car. He gave hugely useful advice and although couldn't do the repair himself, he called several local mechanics he knew to be honest and trustworthy so that we could get the repairs done today, without getting ripped off. Couldn't recommend this guy highly enough.

DC plugged a punctured tyre for my JCU hire car not long ago. They did a great job, and had me on the road in less than 45mins. Much appreciated, as we had to drive all the way to Townsville urgently. I suspect we'd jumped the queue, as we'd only called them that morning. great staff and great job - couldn't ask for more.

Rang Carline about my exhaust problem this morning, and they told me to bring it in and they'd have a look.I went straight in, Darren put it on the hoist and saw the problem straight away. Am only putting three stars as that is the lowest that local search will allow me to put Zero stars . Have had my gearbox repaired and it is still crunching in first second and reverse , and have been told by the mechanics at cairns automatics that they will not fix the issue as they claim they are not at fault.
