Hi! My name is Estelle. I am biodynamic breathwork facilitator and a hakomi mindfulness Somatic Freedom psychotherapist student. Most importantly I am passionate about accompanying people through their transformative journey. I help individuals who have a desire to break through their limitations, repetitive patterns and traumas to experience more freedom and control over their lives. I use various tools such as mindfulness, breathwork, Non-violent communication, polyvagal therory and Somatic Freedom psychotherapy to reveal beliefs and defence mechanisms that lay in the unconscuious. I know from my experience that you have the power to make the necessary changes in your life. If you are ready to do the work, you will be amazed at how capable you are to explore parts of yourself you never knew existed! The process of therapy can allow you to grow more quickly than you ever have before. I believe that no matter what you have gone through in your life, you can experience healing when provided with a safe, loving and non-judgmental space.

I offer one-on-one sessions to discover your goals and passions, what holds you back from achieving them - and empower you to DO IT YOURSELF. I'm not a life coach; YOU are the most reliable source to know what YOU truly want from life, and what prevents you from achieving it.
