“The range of meats is amazing the perfume/aroma when you walk in is amazing the taste of the smoked prosciutto is un-explainable it is that nice. and the hambones / ham hocks for pea and ham soup so much flavor no salt needed to season.”

“We are from Sydney and for the last couple of years have spent Xmas holidays in Minimbah. We immediately head to this butcher on arrival and have never been disappointed with the variety and quality of the products. We’ll be back in January. Michael & Paula.”
