Purchased Chicken Schnitzel and Smoked whole Chook and wow what a treat 🤤 Schnitzel was perfect, not thick with breadcrumbs and the chicken wasn’t hammered the 💩out of it so thick and perfect. Smoked chook was the best I have ever purchased, moist, smoked and cooked to perfection. So if your on holiday around Bangalow like I was or a local you couldn’t buy better meat anywhere.
