Recently had an alternator failure while on holidays. Phoned Bittkau Auto Care to see if they could help us the next day. They sourced a new alternator while on the phone. Dropped vehicle in at 9am the next morning, was ready by 2pm. As we are in the automotive industry ourselves, we can appreciate the prompt service, and the price was very reasonable.

Good service with phone calls and emails. However I wanted a small dent in the vehicle, with out having to paint at all! It seems they do not use the "dent-less" process, but their advert says they "fix dents" of course! Not that way?

They now deal only in Subaru so don't waste your time or theirs unless you specifically want Subaru parts, etc. They also seem a tad unfriendly to people who don't know that their business has changed from what it was previously. They did, however, suggest somewhere else we could go.

We purchased a new ute from Caloundra City Autos. It was the best car sales experience we have ever had. We went into the showroom and were left to look around for ourselves, no one came up and hassled us but there were staff around on hand. We got the attention of a member of staff who brought one of the sales people out to meet us. We met Toni who was great and while we were telling her what we were looking for the friendly manager Matt introduced himself. They brought a car up to us that they had in stock, and it was exactly what we were looking for. We then dealt with Anthony to work out the finance and he was great. My Ford Escape was booked in for inspection and was impressed by a call from a mechanic asking questions to help diagnose issues. The honest list of works that was far less than expected also saved me $$. Very happy with the repairs that included full auto transmission flush, new bushes, tyres and wheel alignment. I can highly recommend the Sunshine Steering team located in Palmwoods.
