So accomodating and wonderful! Did fantastic work super quickly, really kind and were happy to educate me and explain what they were doing for me. The woman who takes care of admin is fantastic (Michelle). I was unable to pick up the car before going on a trip for a week and they were so understanding and even offered to drive my car to my home so that it would be there waiting for me on my return. The care they have for customers is something I haven't seen at any other mechanic. Really nice to see good people doing good business.

Shane says he couldn't ask for a nicer bloke or better service. Shane was driving from Sydney to Brisbane when he figured his secondhand van's aircon was lacking. He called Paul and they met at a Hungry Jack's car park. Paul diagnosed that the filters were junk and replaced them with a stock he carried. After regassing the van, Shane was off again!

We take our fleet of Volvo and Scania prime mover to Jacksons and no one know these trucks like they do, not even the dealers. The prices is spot on and a nice bunch of blokes to deal with. Will bend over backwards to get you sorted and breakdown coverage is great too.
