Clients can use this time to find reasons for why they are the way they are, and why they may react to certain situations in the way that they do. I personally look after clients from first telephone contact to the end of counselling. I still love my profession after 20 years. I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker. I am a Medicare, Dept of Veteran Affairs, NDIS, WorkCover provider. Medicare rebates available to clients with a Gp referral. I assist clients tackle problems they face, for example, depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, parenting, relationships and workplace issues. I offer a mobile service to the aged person unable to attend a centre. I provide flexibility and offer after hours appointments for those who work 9 to 5. I also offer a "walk and talk" option for mums and bubs or for those who would like this option.
