Women's Legal Service Queensland (WLSQ) is a non-profit organisation providing free legal support to women across Queensland. Our team assists with domestic and family violence, family law, separation, divorce, parenting agreements, child safety, and protecting counselling notes in sexual assault cases. With offices in Brisbane, Caboolture, Ipswich, and the Gold Coast, we offer statewide support through our helpline and specialist programs.

The Sunlight Centre provides free crisis counselling sessions for adults and teenagers who are seeking support for suicidality, self-harm behaviours and/or people who have been impacted by a suicide. Our experienced and accredited counsellors are non-judgmental and will offer clients a safe and confidential space to receive skilled support. No Mental Health Care Plan needed from you GP. Self-referrals are welcome. Clients may access up to fifteen free counselling sessions. The Sunlight Centre also provides a series of mental health workshops directed at enhancing mental health literacy and suicide prevention in the community. Happy Peeps provides mobile services and private practice rooms in Brisbane and GPMHCP Medicare telehealth psychological counselling and therapy services Australia wide. Mental Health Treatment Plans with Medicare rebates and referrals are accepted from General Practitioners, Psychiatrists and Paediatricians. We accept Private Health clients with Bupa, Teachers Health, Nurses Midwives Health and Uni Health. Happy Peeps are NDIS Registered and Plan Managed Counsellor’s and Therapist’s and Support Coordinator Specialists.

Inna Essence is a custom-designed and lovingly built Pilates and Yoga studio, located on Logan Road in Underwood. Anna and Andrea, co-founders and owners have carefully considered and selected every element you see when you arrive. Reception has been designed to feel like your lounge room, a place where you can relax, take in a deep breath, and forget about everything. Friends sit and chat together before and after class, read, enjoy a coffee, or just have a quiet moment to catch their breath. Studio 1 is a beautiful light-filled studio, featuring floor to ceiling windows, sheer curtains, and the most beautiful morning sunshine. We have a gorgeous 9 metre long ballet barre, hand-crafted yoga table made from reclaimed timber, and custom-built shelves containing all our props for Yoga, Mat Pilates and Barre classes. Studio 2 is the home of our 10 Reformer machines. We love our Merrithew SPX Max and V2 Reformers; with Anna’s dad Ralph servicing and cleaning them every week so the work perfectly for every class. Each reformer has its own box, maple pole and jumpboard so we can offer variety and modifications for every session. Down the hallway you will find three treatment rooms; these are the home for our resident Osteopath and Mental Health Counsellors.
