The therapeutic interventions I offer are personalised, based on my intuitive and evidence-based application of approaches drawn from cognitive behavioural therapy, dyadic developmental psychotherapy, emotion coaching, narrative therapy, play therapy and mindfulness. Here at The Horse's Heartbeat the animals are at the centre of all we do. We have a herd of five horses - two miniature ponies and three 'big' horses. The horses, along with our dog, cat, four sheep and many chickens all form part of The Horse's Heartbeat team.
