John absolutely "saved my bacon". We were two days out of a property settlement when it was discovered that the pump and filter had basically deteriorated (and flooding the garage). John dropped everything to assist us, replaced both without fuss and bother, double checked and calmly, professionally had us back up and running. We cannot thank you enough! I recently needed to replace my filter as it was well over 10 years old and started to notice leaks in O rings and low pressure in the pool. I contacted Jim's Pools and they connected me with Jason as the local representative. Jason moved his schedule to come and have a look that evening and gave us an honest assessment and booked us in for 2 days later. Not only was he professional, easy going and knowledgeable, he had a new filter installed and converted us to a salt pool within 48 hours. This is notable as it is December and a week before Christmas when his schedule was extremely busy. I was impressed with his knowledge and very happy to have his team now servicing my pool going forward.
