We are family owned Pastry Kitchen Cafe, Caterer, Market Stall, and Wholesaler. We also grow some of the veggies we use such as leeks and spinach and edible flowers we decorate our sweets with in our raised garden beds and our greenhouse. All our products are hand made using local ingredients where possible. Our focus is on quality and freshness.

Refurbished in January 2019, locally owned and operated by Heath Smith, and Boston the Pub Pug, the Victoria Bathurst offers something for the whole crew. It is the ultimate hub for food, drink, arts, music, events & accommodation in the Central West. She’s an old pub, with old pub features, yet with a modern touch that’s not hell bent on being a smug hipster hangout. In either of the dining rooms and in the front bar, the walls are adorned in imagery conjured up by local artists. Smug hipsters are actually welcome. Karen’s are not. The Victoria is part-pub, restaurant, gallery, live music venue & boutique hotel. Each section of The Victoria has its own distinct style. The Victoria’s Publican Heath, is a chef by trade so you know the food on offer is top notch. Menu items consist of high quality starters and share snacks, the very popular Queenie’s Classics, right through to restaurant quality fair.
