The Sunlight Centre provides free crisis counselling sessions for adults and teenagers who are seeking support for suicidality, self-harm behaviours and/or people who have been impacted by a suicide. Our experienced and accredited counsellors are non-judgmental and will offer clients a safe and confidential space to receive skilled support. No Mental Health Care Plan needed from you GP. Self-referrals are welcome. Clients may access up to fifteen free counselling sessions. The Sunlight Centre also provides a series of mental health workshops directed at enhancing mental health literacy and suicide prevention in the community.
