Our business is almost 13 years old and growing bigger everyday. We do a vast range of services starting from and not limited to your home computing needs, through to corporate servers and hosting. If you have a question or a need relating to IT, just give us a call and we will be happy to help. Some of the many services we provide include Network set-up, Domain, Email and Web hosting, Mail server configuration and implementation, as well as general onsite and workshop based computer repairs and servicing. We also offer Virus and spy removal, Managed Antivirus Software website and Database design, Network, Server and backup updates and management. We do repairs in-store with a free quote before any work is done. We also come out to your home or business if you cant get to us. Our callout hours are from 7am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. As a lot of our work is done onsite, the office may be unattended, so its always best to give us a quick call before heading down. We service Townsville, Ayr, Balgal Beach, Giru, Kirwan, Upper Ross, Palm Island. We can also attend other Towns by appointment.

Mobile infected with constant pop-up adverts. Re-Boot IT Solutions found the cause and removed. I was without the mobile for approx 2 hours. Well done.

Over a number of months my Dell All In One computer developed problems of not opening several of my programs and files. It appeared to be a software issue so I gave D–stress a call and booked a home appointment. The technician arrive early and was most helpful and informative. From the start he thought it may be a hardware fault but he did try various solutions to rectify any software faults but to no avail. The next day I asked if he could pick up the computer and repair the hardware fault, he arrived at our house promptly and took the computer after giving me an estimate of cost. Within 4 days he rang and said all was fixed and would drop it off at our house. The computer is now performing better than I can remember. Excellent service by a very knowledgeable and courteous technician at the quoted cost. I would highly recommend D–stress to anyone having problems.
