He was very knowledgeable , amazingly quick and checked in after hours to make sure the rest of the process had gone to plan and that we were alright . Can not fault the service and professionalism . I would just like to convey our most sincere thanks to you and your wonderful staff for the prompt, polite, patient and efficient manner in which our air-conditioning problems were quickly rectified. I must sincerely apologise, If during the course of this issue, I briefly placed you into the category of Most Businesses I have dealt with, for this is not the case. I felt that the urgency of our problem quickly became your level of urgency and I was able to step back from the issue, focus on my own work, knowing that my concerns were competently being dealt with. Normally I would have to be crawling all over the issue 100%, however in this case I was able to relax and leave it completely in your hands. I can't thank you and your staff enough. What I can do is put the good name of your Firm out there into the public arena at every available opportunity, and I will.
