I LOVE every aspect of Passada. Someone asked me yesterday, “what’s the student demographic of Passada?” and I answered that Passada is everyone: A community of women and men of all ages, ethnicities, ranges in dance experience and varying fitness levels. We come together to dance and practice yoga for fitness and fun. It’s a non competitive, non judgmental place of pure joy. The teachers are superb professionals who love what they do. I feel so blessed to have found Jojo and her team of dynamic instructors. Wherever you are in your dance and fitness journey, there’s a place for you at Passada. Don’t wait! Come join us!
