I came in to get my rear bumper fixed after reversing into something. After it was repaired I couldn't even tell it had ever been dented, it looked good as new. The lovely guy, Tony, provided excellent customer service—especially not making 2 women (who know nothing about cars) feel stupid and could've easily ripped us off. An honest, reliable company that exceeded our expectations. It wasn't a rushed job. They even touched up any paint chips around the car. Definitely value for money!

I want to thank chinderah smash for replacing the tray on my ford ute. They went out of their way to find me the right tray, making sure i was kept in the loop through the process. They also organised a time that suited me, and went out of there way to ensure that flollow on work went smoothly with no hassles for me. Good freindly local service.

For the second time in a few months my car had been damaged again. Thank goodness for Gold Coast Collision. Totally professional and caring. When you call, Kylie is so courteous, even picking me up from the rental car company. I know when I drop my car off Megan will look after it 100%. I would never take my car anywhere else. Thank you for making it all such an easy process.
