I was needing extensive dental treatment due to some serious health issues, I was embarrassed to smile and my self esteem dwindling each time another tooth fell out. I found AI Dental locally and was so excited to work with them. Their happy and calm demeanour was a comfort, their knowledge and professionalism a gift and their cost affective approach a blessing. Some treatments were intense, but I found Dr Sophia and staff to be so kind, understanding and helped me cope with the sensory overload. The day I had 4 extractions was a lot, but the kindness, patience and compassion given to me was so comforting. I now have the most beautiful smile! Don’t wait! Get your teeth fixed now!! After 25 years of -Fear after a bad experience -Putting Family Financial Needs First and -Simply Forgetting! I finally booked an appointment with J1 Dental-23rd March 2021! I saw Dr Vanessa. As expected there was lots to be done and I was scared stiff! Not only about potential for physical pain, but financial pain too! Their Tag Line is “Gentle Dental” and they certainly are that!! Even the financial pain was addressed, offering no interest payment plan if needed. If that wasn’t enough I was very impressed with the Patient Care and attention each and every time I attended… from every single staff member I came in contact with. The non judgemental respect and genuine care I received was well worth the effort it took for me to get the guts to pick up the phone and follow up by showing up for my first appointment. One small filling to go! I had forgotten how good it is to eat without pain! Do it! Don’t Wait! JT -

I had a really bad toothache and the staff prioritised me and got me in straight away to be helped. I have not been eating or sleeping for a week so I was in tears. The dentist is so kind and efficient and professional. I needed root nerve treatment because the hole was too deep so I was terrified. the procedure was painless and i can finally eat again. I will be back to get other teeth fixed.
