Glenda and the crew are great to talk to and did a fantastic job with my border collie 'ACE'. He's hard to manage and would have required muzzling - when I picked him up he was a different dog - trimmed, cool and relaxed. Which reflects the attitude of the staff, who genuinely care about our beautiful furrry mates

My boy Buster loves to go to Pawtails and gets very excited when he sees the white van pull up My dog although very loving is a bit hyperactive and can be a handful at times and it's a credit to everyone working at Pawtails the way they care for Buster and all animals Buster comes home just as happy as he left and it's a real peace of mind when we are on holidays . I really love the report card we also get as to what he got up to and the photos on Facebook are great to check out while we are away. If I could give 20 stars I would.
