I was recommended through a friend to go and see Mark for my bung shoulder which had numerous physio and cortisone injections. Mark was great with his dry needling approach and made it easy to understand every step of the way with relieving the tensioned muscles. Nice friendly guy too who loves a chat whilst the physio is going on! Would highly recommend to anyone out there seeking a good physio in the area.

I had a massage yesterday with Therapist Emi, who used some Shiatsu techniques. Emi took the time to explain about Shiatsu and it's benefits, but more importantly she really listened to me and I felt she was really in tune with what I needed physically and emotionally.
