We wanted to go local even though we were given quotes from other suppliers that were a bit cheaper because we believed that if there were any initial problems then we'd be able to get someone out to service the components. SolarWorx offered us a very competitive price and explained all the options so that we could select a product that suited our specific needs. Jaye and Andrew and the team were quick to respond to any enquiries and treated us as if we were the only clients they had - although after talking to others in this regional area we learned that they have installed solar panels for many households. I rang Aaron, as my power was out. Even though he was on another job. He rang me, asked question, sent me pics of things that may help me with me outage. He talked me through things over the phone. Explained the whys and how my outage may have happened. I was able to fix the issue myself, with his guidance over the phone. He was patient and could not be more helpful. This is not the first time I have dealt with Aaron over the phone to deal with an electrical problem. He was just as helpful then too. When I rang he answered within 10 mins. Also sent a text.
