I rang Aaron, as my power was out. Even though he was on another job. He rang me, asked question, sent me pics of things that may help me with me outage. He talked me through things over the phone. Explained the whys and how my outage may have happened. I was able to fix the issue myself, with his guidance over the phone. He was patient and could not be more helpful. This is not the first time I have dealt with Aaron over the phone to deal with an electrical problem. He was just as helpful then too. When I rang he answered within 10 mins. Also sent a text. One very happy customer I am 😊
