Always happy to discuss any changes I may want with lengths or curl if required. They check at the end if I am happy with how they look and if any adjustments are required before leaving the salon. I love going to this Salon, never disappoints. I have been going to this Salon for 8 years and very happy since Hon and her Staff have taken over, they are so good. I have in- grown toenails and when I have a Pedicure the expertise in fixing this issue is outstanding. I have my nails done every 2 weeks and a Pedicure every 4 weeks. I Highly recommend this Salon.

I called Rachel to organise a gift pack to be delivered to a 21st birthday girl. She happily made it happen for me when it wasn’t a service she usually offered! I was SO impressed with her dedication to personalise the gift and willingness to help me when I don’t even live near Newcastle! Professional and friendly - perfect combination!
