For more than 24 years, Kelly's Swim Academy has been teaching the people of Port Stephens to swim. Our friendly and experienced swim instructors are passionate about helping students build on their swimming ability. We help swimmers of all skill levels gain confidence in the water. Through swim coaching in a fun learning environment, our classes help you become a better swimmer. Kelly's Swim Academy offers classes and instruction for all ages and levels. Whether you have a child that is just starting out or are looking to join our squad swimmers, we can help. Not sure what class your child is suited for? Come in and have a free swimming assessment. Lessons are certainly paying off at Kelly’s Swim Academy. With a second in the 8 yrs boys’ 50m freestyle, Seb is starting to really show improvement in the pool. Highly recommend. LM.

I've been practicing Reformer Pilates for a few years and I can honestly say Core Central’s instructor is by far the best instructor I have ever had. I leave every time shaking (in a good way ), using muscles I didn't know existed. You know the instructor has prepared meticulously for each class. Alicia

I completed a fitness assessment at BayFit recently. Would recommend this to anyone starting out on their fitness or wanting to improve overall fitness. The BayFit team is very caring and motivating. My instructor helped me with small changes to improve my health and fitness. There is no flogging of products or supplements. Karen
