Her passion is to let YOUR body remember how good it can feel out of pain and discomfort, through assessment, massage therapy and movement. Esther is a firm believer in treating the body as a whole and is passioned about supporting her clients towards wellness and self-care. Esther integrates myofascial release, myofascial cupping, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular techniques, Muscle energy techniques as well as Swedish massage & body awareness into her treatments. Esther’s goals in treatment are to promote positive changes in each patient’s health and well-being, and to educate them to become more aware of their body through home care stretching and exercises to promote a long-lasting result. As a lifelong student, she is always looking to improve her knowledge and understanding of massage & movement by researching, attending workshops and short courses to better support her clients.

My name is Bella and I have over 16 years of experience in massage therapy and aromatherapy. I have a holistic approach and a commitment to providing the best outcomes for you, while ensuring your experience is enjoyable, empowering and healing, means that you can trust you will be in good hands, and move towards optimal health and wellness. I recently moved to the Sunshine Coast and I changed my business name to reflect what I am offering as I have evolved so much over the years. So while the business name is new, I am a very experienced massage therapist. Holistic means encompassing the whole, not just a part. When treating you I look at how one area affects another and work to treat the cause not just the symptoms. I work to your comfort level to ensure you are relaxed as the nervous system is the key – if you tense up, your muscles will not let go. No pain, no gain does not apply with massage – we cannot force the nervous system we must work with it. I also work on the meridians (energy channels) and acupoints and work to correct energetic imbalances. I look at you holistically and give you a personalised treatment. Mind, body and soul are connected and that’s why I offer holistic massage. You will feel calm, rejuvenated and blissful after a session with me. I pay attention to all the little things that make a difference – I work to your comfort level and ensure you are relaxed, provide soft towels, soft lighting, beautiful healing music, use natural aromatherapy oils, and give my full attention to you.

Over the 30 years I have been working, I have developed a blend of massage types including Swedish and Sports. I believe this reduces pain and discomfort during a massage, while still allowing an effective amount of work to be done. By starting off with Swedish to relax the person and warm up the muscles, tightness and knotting (problem areas) can be found easier. When too strong a massage is used straight off, the muscles contract to protect themselves and the painful knots within. Once the muscles soften up (with the use of heat packs as well) more intense work can be done with less pain and bruising. I like my clients to give me feedback about my pressure throughout the massage, this can prevent (to an extent) after-massage pain. Throughout the massage, I regularly go back to Swedish and draining technique, to ensure the person is as relaxed as possible and lactic acid is continually drained away. I'm also fully qualified in skin care, nutrition, iridology, stretching techniques and injury management. I don't mind discussing problems and will give helpful advice freely while massaging. I work with reduced prices and discounts for people who come regularly. $10 off introductory offer - first time massages $60 for 1 hr $90 for 1.5 hours $5 discount for regular clients (Weekly or fortnightly)

With over 14 years’ experience my aim is to find that perfect massage fine line with every client, every time so you walk out feeling your aches and pains have been relieved as well as feeling relaxed.
