My experience with Alpine was amazing! My Chiq fridge, purchased via Appliances Online, was not working properly after only 10 months, so I was referred to Alpine to book a technician. This process only took 2 days from my first phone call to the technician attending - which, considering how close to Xmas it is, was absolutely incredible! The customer service throughout the process was second to none and the technician, Will, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He even confirmed some warranty details on my fridge which I was not aware of previously. I cannot recommend this company highly enough and Appliances Online should be delighted to be associated with such an exemplary organisation. Well done all! : )
