The team at Wholesale Appliances are so lovely to deal with. Just had my fridge die and they bent over backwards to get me sorted and back in business with my fridge. The girls Jenny and Samantha went out of their way to help me out.

My Dryer is still under warranty , second call out for same problem . Very rude and arrogant chap told me to clean a filter i didn’t know existed . then he told the supplier he had cleaned it and machine was fine , its still not working . Only in it for the quick easy $165 call out fee . Didnt want to get his hands dirty .

I ordered a part for my refrigerator which I wasn’t sure would be available. It arrived within a week. Helpful, polite assistants. Would highly recommend.

As has been my experience previously with Wholesale Appliance Supplies (Gateshead NSW) they promptly confirmed availability of a dryer part and it was in store for collection two days later. A professional team with good product knowledge.

We have dealt with this company on a number of occasions and their service is excellent from turning up on time to completing the repair work in a professional and timely manner. Grant the technician was extremely curtious in helping us through the manufactures warranty.He arrived on time and did the phoning up for us to ok the work that had to be done.

The technician that visited my home to repair a dishwasher did not even try to locate the problem. He was clueless, phoned his mate to get some advice and then unscrewed a piece to pretend he new what he was doing. He complained about his ipad not working and that he was pressed for time. He left with his $165 callout fee for his 15min visit. I honestly believe he had no intention of locating or fixing the problem with my dishwasher. I dont even think he was a capable technician.

Payed over $500 for a washing machine, not even 3months later it stops working & technician can't find a fault so they say it is not covered by warranty!!!

I called to source a spare part for my vacuum cleaner. The person I spoke to was patronising, rude and unhelpful. Usually when you call a business, they don't use that as an opportunity to talk down to you for attempting to access their service. He really made it seem like they didn't want my business, which is great, because they certainly wont get it again.

I rang wholesale appliances yesterday, as our fridge of 4 years was not working properly. As it was urgent I was advised a tradesperson would attend tomorrow. This morning I received a phone call early stating the approximate time of arrival. Nathan Forrest arrived promptly. It is so very unusual these days receiving such first-class service. Unfortunately, Nathan could not fix our Westinghouse fridge of 4 years (that was not his fault!!). Nathan was very professional, honest and efficient! There was no charge as he was unable to fix the problem. That would not happen in Sydney! Nathan is a credit to your team! I will be recommending Wholesale Appliances to my friends. Your service was much appreciated.

Very poor experience with whole dealing with company. Slow response time, poor manners from tradesman, fridge still not working correctly but now just over the 30 days warranty only response from poor phone receptionist bad luck another call out fee. No thanks, will seek someone who knows what they're doing!

I bought washing machine Simpson SWT9542 and three weeks after it broke down. Very poor response from the outlet, with several services and still waiting for repair or may be replacement. If I knew I would never have used the outlet and I am on limbo without washing machine.
