The Rig 24/7 is THE BEST gym on the coast. The classes are similar to f45 without the price tag of $43 per week which is always great . The gym also has cross fit equipment and gym equipment as per normal gym . Basically they have blended 3 styles of workout into 1 , with a cost effective membership price . And the atmosphere is great for motivation without the princesses , . In summary people are there to get results with out the glamour . great gym best gym on the coast by far . Well done
