The quoting process was extremely smooth and Ricky provided us with a detailed break-down of costings in a swift timeframe, which enabled us to make a decision quickly that we wanted him to be our builder. Throughout the two projects, Ricky has been extremely communicative, providing regular updates on key milestones. He possesses great attention to detail which results in a quality build. Our projects required additional trades such as roofing plumbers and electricians and Ricky has a team of excellent tradespeople supporting his work. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ricky and Townsend Construction NQ for any renovation projects in the future. He is well-qualified, switched on, open, friendly and fast all attributes that you want in a builder.

Had Dale in to sand and finish our floors which were in very poor condition. I ran a floor sanding business myself for 15 years and was apprehensive about trusting someone else to do the work but I can honestly say he has done a magnificent job! Proper professional, old school craftsmanship, no corners cut and very reasonably priced. Nice bloke too. Highly recommended

Good liaison with agent for rented property for installment. Simple kitchen, work ok as expected. Met timelines well, efficient installation. Contract did not include finishing of paintwork on adjoining walls and skirting boards and minor restoration from removal of old kitchen. Finished product looked disappointing on this basis and further cost and organisation required to complete. Extra cost of final finishing needs to be taken into account when assessing quoted contract prices. Would be advisable and more efficient to ask for finishing costs to be included in quoted work.

We live in a high rise building which makes fitting blinds a huge task. Glen and Jayden were our fitters and wow these two guys are fantastic ambassadors for your company. I cannot recommend this company highly enough! From the first initial phone call to Anthony who sent a Tradesman around as soon as possible. I was VERY impressed. Clint was extremely well mannered, knew his stuff and had completed the job in no time at all. Lovely to see everyone working as a team as the apprentice delivered Clint the part that was needed so he could continue on servicing the hot water system. 100% spot on for customer service and communication and expertise.
