He did a superlative job, working patiently away, then I got the biggest shock when he handed me the bill, It was WAY BELOW what I thought & it was like spending time with a great friend. If you want your electrician to communicate well, turn up on time as agreed, deliver a quality outcome beyond what was expected and within the quoted price, then we would highly recommend you consider using Nigel Rowland of ABS Electrical for your next commercial or residential job. We have used ABS twice now, and both times the experience was exceptional. What we like about Nigel is that he thinks the project through and offers a better alternative to your initial brief/idea, to get the same outcome, just better executed. Nothing is too hard for him. We like the fact we are consulted at each stage of the job to ensure we are satisfied with the installation work being done with alternative suggestions offered along the way for our consideration to enable a better outcome for us. His work is very neat and he cleans up after he finishes the work. Finally, Nigel was prepared to travel 1 hour each way over two days to do the most recent job for us. A very pleasing attitude indeed.

Phil was super helpful. When he unpacked the ceiling fan and saw it had a fault, he told me to get a replacement and he would come back and install it. I expected to have pay a call out fee for the first visit but he only charge me for the actual installation.
