This might be followed by adjustments to their diet to improve their gut and emotional health, relaxation classes to reduce stress and personal counselling sessions called, "Talk Time", to give them an opportunity to talk about any unresolved issues. Nikki Shilling of Yogasphere is a highly qualified, respected and and experienced yoga teacher and practitioner. This particular style of vinyasa (flowing-style) yoga is a blend of traditional hatha yoga combined with the science of exercise physiology.
