Meredith Doddrell is a fully qualified and registered Yoga instructor, and has been teaching in the local area since 2000. She teaches with an emphasis on correct alignment, using Iyengar principles and props. People of all ages and fitness levels are welcome. Group Classes: Small class size ensures students receive personal attention and assistance and that the practice can be modified to suit the individual.
