Awesome effort from the guys that done my move. We moved from a 2storey and came to a unit up two flights of stairs and no complaints from them, good price and the lady on the phone that we spoke to to book in was vey nice as well, very good company, I will use again.

I was booked for Friday, due to issues with a previous move they did not show. As a result I had to do car loads myself - my petrol cost. They changed my move to Saturday. My cleaners were booked for Saturday, so they had to move to Sunday, resulting in an additional $100 cost to me. I booked a 40 cubic metre truck, this wasn't delivered, the smaller truck resulted in 2 trips instead of 1 (extra time and cost to me). I was overpriced above their given hourly rate and had to push for a reduction, that still did not cover my additional costs, stress and inconvenience. In my case, their business name definitely did not match my experience.
