It remains the longest standing small business in Mornington today, and now our legacy extends to the French Quarter in Hastings Street, Noosa Heads. Guided by Wilhelm’s sons, Kurt and Heinz, the business flourished, marking a pivotal chapter in 1954 as “W. Minzenmay & Sons.” Excellence continued with Heinz, an accomplished watchmaker who garnered accolades and studied at Omega in Switzerland. Tradition and modernisation thrived under Heinz, Cooky, and brother Paul Bergeman into the late 20th century.
