Recently purchased goods from your timber section. Doc and I found Pete and Tim and staff were absolutely wonderful with service. They were happy to go the extra mile for us with the pine logs i.e.Getting them onto a trolley and helping to load into our trailer. We take our hats off to them. Such lovely people to have on your staff. In saying that ...They need to be looked after by Bunnings to ensure they remain on your staff.Also, not forgetting Max in your bathroom and plumbing area. A magic man who also went the extra mile for us. His knowledge in that area is astounding Ten points for our max as well. More than happy to shop in those areas again. Regards.... Marianne and Doc

Yesterday we went and buy new HP Computer and TV. Thank you so the Customer Service officers who serve us. They have an excellent customer service and very very helpful. They an excellent knowledge of everything they are selling. That's why I always shop at Harvey Norman. The service abd staff re polite and excellent staff. The staff who transfer our documents from old computer to our new computer is very good IT person, have a full knowledge and excellent service provided to us. For me most important when I do the shopping is the customer service provided, knowledge of the staff, and excellent services. I would like to say thank you for the manager as he has an excellent team members working with them. Again thank you to all Harvey Norman 🙏
