He started with Karate- jutsu in 1982, switching to Taekwondo & kick boxing through the 90's and Hansoodo in 2001. Sensei Troy Holds Dan Ranks in more than one discipline, he has earned Trainer and Refereeing levels as well as Instructor Certificates in several styles.
