The Maryborough Martial Arts Centre has been servicing the Fraser Coast since 1986 and is one of the most innovative dojos in Australia. Owner and Head Instructor Kyoshi Brad Ross is a Professional Martial Arts Instructor holding ranks in Zen Do Kai Martial Arts, BJC Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with over 30 years training in the martial arts. Co-Owner and Senior Instructor Kyoshi Bruce Maile is a Professional Martial Arts Instructor holding ranks in Zen Do Kai Martial Arts, BJC Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with over 25 years training in the martial arts.

Ko Tora Kai Karate Do aims to teach Karate and self defence in a safe and fun environment. All ages and levels of experience are catered for. Families are welcome. Rather than sitting on the bench watching your child participate at our Dojo you can train with your children ( if you wish) and have some fun together. First class is free and membership can be deferred for a few weeks until you are sure you enjoy our classes and would like to commit. Family discounts may apply. You dont need to be fit to come all and try, but we will get you fit! If you are interested in competing this is available however it isn't part of our teaching syllabus and isn't compulsory. We train twice weekly tuesday and thursday nights 6.00 till 7.30. class fees are $7.Please come a few minutes early so that I can introduce myself I love practising Karate and I love teaching it too. I have a great bunch of students but i'm always looking for more so why not come along and see if you have as much fun as I do.
