I am also certified as a Qi Gong Instructor and I teach two groups a week in Qi Gong. Shiatsu is a deeply relaxing experience and regular Shiatsu sessions help to prevent the build up of stress. It works by teaching the patient simple exercises that can be taught at home in order to reinforce and continue the treatment that is done in a session with a practitioner.
