'Having practised yoga with and been inspired by beautiful Angelique for a number of years, I knew it was Angelique I would ask to create an afternoon of gentle Yoga and relaxation for fourteen family members and friends. It was a special afternoon of togetherness energised by Angelique's caring words, depth of knowledge and thoughtfulness. The theme of Loving Kindness underpinned our practice as Angelique guided us through appropriate gentle poses and a mindful relaxation during which Angelique chanted the theme music with her delightfully powerful voice accompanied by amazing harmonium playing. This was quite an emotional, inspirational aspect of the afternoon which has since been reflected on by our guests. A truly memorable afternoon.
