As a mum of three grown children, and recently a new grandmother, family is hugely important to me. With a career that has seen me working in Mental Health and Drug and Alcohol treatment extensively, I have developed a deep passion for working with people as they uncover the patterns that have been shadowing their lives - and supporting them to find a way out. With qualifications in Mental Health, Social Welfare, Indigenous Trauma and Recovery Practice, Hypnotherapy, and Counselling - my passion is for walking with people on a journey of discovery, finding a way out of the darkness and into the light.
