BayFit is a Fitness and Wellbeing business located in Port Stephens, NSW on the east coast of Australia, (a few hours' drive north of Sydney), run by Debbie Freeman. I provide group exercise classes, primarily for the "more mature" population, those with chronic conditions and those who have not exercised in a while. BayFit "Heartbeat" classes are held at the Tomaree Library & Community Centre (Waratah Room) on Thursdays at 8am, 9am and 10am. BayFit Circuit Class for Over 50's are also held in the Waratah Room at 11am on Friday. BayFit's Purpose is to improve the health and wellbeing of the 50+ population in the Port Stephens community. I aim to achieve this by providing enjoyable and personalised exercise programs in a non-intimidating environment.
