I would recommend Well Empowered to anyone who wants to increase their well-being and/or lose some kilos. I found the service amazingâ€”friendly, thorough, with attention to detail (such as allergies) and most of all great knowledge about everything nutrition. The encouragement from the staff is wonderful and they even provided me with recipes tailored to my needs. And the service is very reasonably priced. Ticks all of my boxes.

My experience with Kate at In Bloom Integrative Therapy has been nothing but a positive and in a trusting environment to explore and treat my long term health issues. With only a few sessions in, Kate has focused on relieving my high stress levels, helping calm and declutter my mind all around my nervous system. I was not aware that it was my emotional grief and previous surgery wounds that was causing blockages and distress. It has been so interesting learning from Kate and I’m open minded to how beneficial this therapy has been already. I am less anxious and certainly feel lighter without the brain fog. The messaging this place provides changes completely from when they are trying to lure you in and sign you up to an intensive treatment plan to when you’ve signed up and they’re direct debiting from your account each week. It begins as “do you experience back pain? Do you want to live pain free? Then you need to sign up to our treatment plan”, and then after signing up and begging treatment, I made the mistake of experiencing a reduction in pain and had my head bitten off by one of the chiros telling me that what they do doesn’t work like an aspirin and pain relief has nothing to do with it etc. Since then, I’ve received a patronising lecture with every treatment about how it’s not about pain relief. The staff have obviously been trained on emotional manipulation techniques and all their communication is laced with subtle manipulation, eg. “if you miss 3 appointments we’ll terminate your membership because that tells us you’re not ready to prioritise your health and wellbeing”.
