We offer support coordination for participants under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), and can deliver services through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, video meetings, or written communication such as text or email. Support coordinators play a crucial role in building participants' capacity to self-manage their NDIS plans over time. This includes providing education and training on topics such as budgeting, decision-making, and advocacy, empowering individuals to take greater control over their lives and support networks. We offer flexible arrangements, with appointments available to be flexible after hours and on weekends.
