Through years of trial and error, being sent from one specialist to the next, one procedure to another, I tried it all without lasting success. I learned that with the right approach, we can steer the body towards healing naturally if we provide it with the right nutrients and environment.

Welcome to Health Naturally. I’m a naturopath with a thriving clinic based in Cairns established in 2007. I support clients to be their happiest & healthiest self. I have been practicing for over 17 years, after finishing studying Naturopathy, Herbal Medicine and Nutrition with the Australian College of Natural Medicine (now Endeavour College), in 2004. My grounded and practical nature reflects in how I approach your health and treatment plan. Naturopathic philosophies makes sense to me, living a happy and healthy life to prevent illness and imbalances. Naturopathy treats using practitioner strength formulations and individualised herbal formulas as well as focusing on nutrition to improve health in a safe, effective and practical way. To be able to work with you, understand your needs and how I can best support you, is something I thrive on. I love nutting out treatment plans, explaining options for you while keeping things simple and taking necessary steps at the right pace. A huge driver of mine is to inspire, educate and empower you to be able to incorporate the changes, get results and ultimately feel healthier with optimal vitality. Holding space to allow for positive change in your life while focusing on the importance of valuing yourself is an important part of the process. With over 25 years experience, Kerrie has a deep passion to help people with chronic health problems, physical and mental health issues and also in assisting others gaining insight, guidance, and clarity on an emotional and spiritual level. Kerrie's experience includes working with Chiropractors, Acupuncturists and Naturopaths as well as working in Day Spas/Retreats in beautiful Port Douglas. Kerrie continued on and established a wellness and natural therapies clinic in Atherton (and later in Proserpine) for many years, where she built up a substantial clientele, earned great respect and gained an outstanding reputation from locals in the area.
